The kitchen / diner is spacious and gives access to the utility and a convenient cloakroom. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes thus providing plenty of storage space. The main bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. An optional integral garage can be built on to the bedroom gable. As an example of the ability to interchange cottage parts, the dayroom wing could be replaced by that of the Orchard thereby creating a completely different design.

- Prices exclude VAT which will be charged at the prevailing rate on kit supply only contracts.
- Self-builders may reclaim the VAT charged from HMRC - for further details go to HMRC website.
- Where kit erection or full build services are employed VAT is not chargeable on the kit supply.
- Floor areas are approximate gross internal (measured inside external walls and over partitions).
