Prices also include any internal alterations a customer wishes to make and the repositioning of windows and doors. Alternative windows and doors may incur an additional cost.

This approach is designed to make the sales process as efficient as possible and ensures there are no ‘hidden extras’. Essentially, the price the customer sees is what they pay. Inevitably, this means some customers may pay a little more than they ought and some a little less.

Similarly, we quote guide prices for supply and erect and full build services within which the agent must endeavour to operate. However, full build prices are subject to certain parameters and exclude, for example, drainage and mains services, access drive / turning space, paths / paving, garden / boundary walls, fencing and landscaping.
